SMT created SMTalk to be a place for anyone involved in the Affordable Housing industry to collaborate and share news about the field. SMT will be posting weekly in SMTalk, but we don’t want to be the only ones! When you become a member, you can ‘like’, ‘comment’ and even post original content! When you hover over the “SMTalk” tab, you will see a “Members” tab pop up. Once you click that tab, you have the option to become a member of SMTalk!
Our vision for SMTalk is to be a place where PHAs can connect, converse and collaborate. If you are interested in posting on SMTalk, you can follow these steps!
1. Become a member.
2. Click on your profile, then click “Blog Posts” on the left menu.
3. Then click “Create a Post” on the right-hand side.
4. Add a title and content.
5. Click on the three dots beside the “Publish” button, and choose what category to save the post as (news or blog), and if you want to save your post for later, or you didn’t have time to finish, you can save it as a draft!
6. Hit “Publish”!
It’s that easy!
SMT anticipates SMTalk being a valuable resource to PHAs. With SMTalk, you can stay up-to-date on relevant news, give and receive feedback, all while building your network. If you are not interested in posting original content on SMTalk, you can still become a member to ‘like’ and ‘comment’ on other's content!
