Stan has over 25 years of experience in Project and Construction Management, including everything from commercial, high-end residential and specialty construction. However, he chose to focus his efforts in the Affordable Housing Industry. Stan started a consulting firm committed to providing clients with a unique team approach that focuses first on the client’s best interest. Having worked in the Affordable Housing industry for over 13 years, he has developed meaningful relationships and enjoys serving those working in the industry. Stan believes that the best process is one that works well for everyone, including the affordable housing residents. He strives to use his platform as a catalyst to enhance communities through strategic planning and self-sufficiency programs.

Karyn Melton, Annual Inspector
Karyn has over 15 years of experience in the Affordable Housing Industry. She has a wide skill set that includes construction supervision, drawing of plans, inspections of work, experience with completion documents and regulations, modernization management and more. Karyn is our in-house certified REAC Inspector and has been for two years. She will be leading SMT in their annual inspections for each client.
Jaime Copeland, Office Manager and Bookkeeper
Jaime has served in multiple roles that have equipped her with organizational and planning skills. She is skilled in coordinating logistics and event planning and has a proven track record in both. Jaime has over 4 years of general management experience and over 5 years of experience in bookkeeping. Jaime has served as the project manager for multiple projects that involved building maintenance.

In 1993 Dell Livingston, AIA, was a founding partner of LLW Architects, Inc. where he continues to serve as Senior Principal. Dell’s responsibilities include all office activities including marketing, design, construction document production, project management, and construction administration. Dell serves as an AIA consultant in collaboration with the SMTeam to provide clientswith Architectural expertise throughout the Strategic Planning and Modernization Planning process.

With over 40 years of Public Housing experience, JWT Consulting, Inc. plays a vital role in helping SMT succeed in its Mission to provide superior service in the best interest of its clients. Johnny Taylor, Principal owner of JWT Consulting, has played a prominent role in the development of SMTeam’s strategies. Environmental Reviews and Assessments (Phase I and II / Part 50, 58 and NEPA), Physical Needs Assessments / PCAs for RAD Conversions and Capital Fund Development and Administration are just a few of the services JWT helps provide to SMT’s clients.
